Awaiting paid up letter from Berverly Young

My account was handed over to MBD by Capitec Bank in 2011. On the 30/01/2013 I requested a settlement letter from MBD, I received the settlement and paid the account in full on the 30/01/2013. I was then advised by MBD consultant (Faith Khanyi) that my payment will be paid into Capitec Bank account in 30days and she further advised me to contact Capitec and inform them that I've settled the account. On the 11/02/2013 I sent an email to customer services to inform them that my account is now paid in full and I requested them to send me the paid-up letter and the to update my payment profile with relevant bureau services once the payment received on the side.
Bervely Young responded to my query and informed me that it takes 4-6 weeks from the date of payment to finalise the process. The whole of last week I've been trying to call Beverly and I also sent emails to her verifying if she has received the payment, she's not responding to my emails.
All I need is for Capitec Bank to acknowledge that they've received the payment from MBD and send me the paid-up letter. I also want Capitec Bank to update my payment profile with relevant bureau services.
A feedback will be highly appreciated.
