The incompetence of Blue Finance!!!

I had a personal loan account with Credit U before it was bought by Blue Finance and somehow they stopped debiting my account and i called them and they informed me they will debit my account and they didnt again and when I called again they said my account has been handed over to Phulosa and I must call them and I called them and they informed me I have not been paying my account and this account has been handed over to the lawyers JM Attornies as i was very crossed and I just made an agreement with them to pay my account and i paid off my account in full in June September 2011 and I called them for a confirmation letter and the taking me from pillar to post and called the Head office and spoke to Caroline from accounts who was so rude and impatiance and i am still awaiting for her call until today which i last spoke to her on the 24 January. it looks like Blue finance doesnt know what they doing if they cant help a person in over 2 years. I dont want anything from them but to remove my name from ITC as i no longer have no agreement with them. if no one calls I will call the CEO personally Mr Johan Meiring on his cell phone and ask him is this the service his company renders???
