Fainling to update records with ITC for 3 months

I had a deal with Capitecs lawyers to pay the loan I took, after a few months I decided to pay the outstanding balance, I was emailed a letter stating I have paid of the account. I than called the Capitec Customer Care line and I was adviced to email the letter of which I did after that they sent me a letter stating it will be updated on my ITC record since Ive paid in full, 3 months later I am applying for a car finance I am told Capitec has never updated my records I still appear as someone who owing, I was asked to consider a dispute or call Capitec. I called the Customer Care line and they said I SHOULD CALL ITC update and to my surprise I am told I even have a savings account and I have no idea what they are talking about, today Ive been declined becuase Capitec is failing to thier job correctly.

Ive never been fustrated by a bank before but today Capitec broke the record.
