On the 28th of May 2013 Phonesure debited my account with an unauthorized debit order for R119. After I wrote a report on Hello Peter I was contacted by a Phonesure agent saying that they are sorry and will rectify this immediately. Which they did. I received a refund and was assured that the debit order was cancelled. On the 25th of June 2013 two debit orders of smaller amounts where debited from my account. I realized now that the same ref. no as the previous debit was used. The two reference no. are PHOB MD-1208903-1 and SOMU MD-1208903-2. Again!! Seriously!!! Come on Phonesure. Stop these debit orders! I did not authorize any of this! You pulled up my conversation the previous time only to find that in my conversation I never agreed to wanting insurance for my phone in the first place! Please fix this!
