I purchased the samsung note S3 in october 2012 through FNB smart devices. Within the first week the phone was not working... I have been contacting the call centre ever since... Constantly been given the run around over the past many months... Been sent back and forth to fnb and samsung, sent in for repair numerous times.. My phone is now with samsung and I am waiting to be reimbursed for the monthly payments aswell as the insurance I have been paying for the phone..
I would like a manager or higher to contact me with the date of when I will be payed back... Only once I have been payed back all monies I have paid for the phone I want my contract to be cancelled with immediate effect. I do not want an agent to contact me I want a manager to contact me as I have now lost my patience... What is the point of a CPA law when it is not adhered to...
