Poor feedback on Smart Devices

On the 29th April I applied online for the Galaxy S4. I have been having problems with my current phone and decided to move over to FNB for this Smart Phone special. The process of moving over was amazing, it took a phone call to open the account and get my card and you handled all my debit order switching within 3 weeks. The service was amazing, however thats where it ends.

Because of the problems with my phone FNB couldnt get hold of me until the 2nd April to say my device has been ordered and will take 10 to 15 working days. I know my friend ordered the iPad and this took 1 week to get delivered and the consultant from FNB said it normally comes quicker. I phoned to find out the status of my order last week and was told it hasnt been 10 - 15 days yet and they cant help me. I then phoned today 15th to be told that it has only been 10 days. I then asked if they could please give me an ETA as im now borrowing a phone from a friend. The consultant today asked me if i received an SMS to say there is no stock. To this day i have not had any feedback from FNB at all and yet im already on the Mobile price plan and nobody can tell me when i will get my phone and i ordered at launch
