Still waiting for fnb to sort this problem out!!!

With reference to my previous complaint about the online banking service fnb has updated their online banking now i cant withdraw from paypal!! the stupid system now tellls me i have to maintain and update my personal details for which all are correct as per my previous emails it tells me enter valid postal address line one, enter valid postal suburb, enter vald postal city, enter valid postal code, select province all these are already on teh system - apart from that somehow the new system has put in an old cellphone number which broke down about two years ago and if i want to update anything on this new system its now sending pin codes to the old cellphone yet i have a new cellphone number on my personal details!!! Will someone please sort this out whoever is responsible for this so that i can withdraw from paypal and get my money. This really is shoddy service apart from that you cant spell who spells maintain as maintan???
