New online banking cant withdraw frompaypal

I have been trying to withdraw from paypal on the fnb site for the past three days it keeps asking me toupdate my personal detaisl but there is nothing wrong with my personal details on teh site but it wont let me withdraw from paypal and i depend on this income for a living i have sent in numerous complaints no one bothers to answer!!!
