I have been trying to register for FNB PayPal Services for 48 hours (from evening of 7/7/13 until evening of 8/7/13. I fill out the registration form on [URL Removed] and an error message comes up saying: System Unavailable - Please Try Later. I have been trying continually for the last 2 days and it does not work. I have phoned the 0861 PAYPAL (729 725) helpline and Raylyn, who was very kind, was unable to help me.
I have a online business and I need to withdraw the money to my non-FNB account now. This is very urgent and it is unacceptable that the FNB system has had technical problems for 48hours. Also, the registration page is not user-friendly as you have to re-enter info many times.
