I have cancelled a policy with Sanlam and despite all they still had my account debited. On the 02nd of July 2013, I called to inform them that the account was incorrectly debited an I was advised that the monies will be transfered to me on the 07th of July 2013. On the 16th July 2013, I was advised that it was a mistake and that the monies will be transfered on the 17th of July 2013. Still to date I have not received my refund which is unexpectable. This is a huge corporate company which incorrectly debits my account and then makes me run around. Today I called in and I was advised by the consultant that I have to wait 25 days. Not acceptable.
