Can some one help me!!!
i have sent 2 requests on hellopeter, called your customer call centre and emailed standarbank and the complaints departments!!! and still not response!
i will be taking this complain higher if nothing is done soon.
I know get calls after 7pm from standard bank to say i must be the outstanding monies.
I have contacted the call centre since jan to advise them to close my account! i will not go into the bank to close this account as this account was opened telephonically.
Close my cheque account that was opened in 2011
