Please can someone assist me,
I opened my cheque account telephonically with the Braamfontein Branch.
I have contacted standard bank a few times to close the account and have been told that i must go into the bank to close the account, i am not sure why i need to this as i opened it telephonically.my account is occuring charges because of the account not being closed, plse can you assist.
