I am being blocked from cancelling my policy. I have had no response to my cancellation e-mails which is totally unacceptable. I have tried calling a few times and everytime I am told there is no one in the retentions department to take my call - that is just a to block people friom cancelling their policy. I then leave messages and no one calls me back. Eventually I insisted on speaking to someone and then there was surprise surprise someone to take my call. And the cherry on the cake was that this person then attacked me for wanting to cancel my policy and told me it was wrong of me not to contact Miway to ask them for a discount. I then asked for written confirmation of cancellation but never received this.
