I called 2 weeks ago to cancel my Policy. After I spoke to a Retentions Analyst, who revised my premiums, I advised that I would revert back with a decision as to wether I would still continue with the cancellation or withdraw the cancellation. I decided to keep the Policy. Problem is, I could never get hold of the Retentions Analyst anymore. I called many times and even sent her an email. Got no response!
I further spoke to an agent who advised that "We will call you back" (btw I get this a lot with Miway). I am still waiting!
