I AM NOT HAPPY ABOUT EXORBITANT EXCESS

My vehicle was assessed over 2-3 weeks ago and today the insurer does not want to settle my claim. I have advised them that I am not happy with the excesses and rather repair the vehicle myself and take it for assessment, but they still refuse blatantly.

I want my vehicle repaired and I believe that is what I am paying the insurance for.
