FNB BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I'VE BEEN A CUSTOMER OFF FIRST NATIONAL BANK FOR THE PAST? 22 YEARS IF NOT LONGER. I'VE EVEN GOT MY FIANCE TO CHANGE TO FNB. THE PAST FEW YEARS THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS GONE FROM REALLY GREAT TO VERY VERY BAD. I'M GOING TO CHANGE FROM FNB DUE TO THERE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GOING TO MAKE SURE SOME PEOPLE WILL COME WITH ME. R16000 WAS FROM MY DADS (PENSIONER) BANK ACCOUNT AND THEY MADE HIM OUT TO BE A . THEY JUST TAKE MONEY OUT OF THE ACCOUNT AND YOU MUST ACCEPT. WHEN IT COMES TO CLAIMING (FUNERAL POLICY) EXCUSES AND BAD SERVICE FROM THE BRANCH IS ALL YOU GET. GEZINA BRANCH WON'T SEE ME AGAIN.
