A King Price client bumped into my car on 18/07/2013, we went to the police station where he admitted to be at fault and we got a case number. I have submitted all my documentation to King Price consultant and it has been nearly 3 months now and my car is still not fixed and worst of all, if i don't phone i do not get any feedback regarding my 3rd party claim. I phone regularly and the last correspondence on 27/09/2013 she said that the claim will be settled by 09/10/2013 it is already 15/10/2013 and not only is my claim not sorted i have not heard a word from the company or the consultant. It has been nearly 3 months now and if i don't follow up i don't hear a word!
