I logged a complaint with nedbank call centre 25/6/2013 ref no:8677181, till thus far NOBODY has called me back.'
phoned 6 different call centres today, nobody can help me, REMEMBER i am making the calls not you useless . nothing. left a message again for management to call me, lady reckon's before 12, well its 13:00 already and again nothing, just got off the phone again, will send through to a manager (who does not exist) cause i have been asking for a while now
I NOW WANT ALL RECORDINGS BETWEEN NEDBANK AND MYSELF, WITH DOCUMENTATION TO SEND TO THE BANKING OMBUDSMAN
