I never had a problem with Nedbank until now. I was scamed on the 1st of Feb 2013. And the following monday i was on the phone changing my passwords. I was toled that they will log this and send it to there technitions, Well everytime i had to phone or e-mail to get any answers out of them I'm so tired of Nedbank. But in the end i got a call from someone at Nedbank saying that the technitions said that they cant find anything so that means it i went into my account to my own money and deleted all my benefisaries. Im sorry that is not how you treat your customer. It is the 27/05/2013 and i dont have my money that was out of my account. So all honesty NEDBANK IS USELESS IN KEEPING THERE CUSTOMERS SAVE. I WILL RATHER GO BACK TO FNB.
