I have sent four messages regarding an issue I have to Absa, and still no response.
Does no one at ABSA know how to send an email? Or does no-one care?

To whom it may concern,
Yesterday I needed to draw some cash and utilize my overdraft facility.
I tried to draw cash at Cleo's PnP ATM and received no money, yet my balance
shows that the transaction went through.
I phoned and got a reference number of July015. I was told that it should be
reversed.
Later I went to East Rand Mall to try and draw cash again,
ATM nr 08295
Seq nr 000639
Time 09:59:13
Once again the transaction went through and I received no cash.
I just checked my bank balance and these transactions have not yet been
reversed.
I am currently in Gabon till week, I do not have my phone on roaming so
phoning me won't help.
Please assist me in getting these transactions reversed.
