I unfortunately locked out my profile. I've been trying for the last 30 minutes to reset it, but the new site won't let me view the captcha using any browser (IE, Chrome, FF). Also, the new site doesn't work via Chrome at all. The old site worked perfectly. I'm very frustrated that there's no option to revert to the old site whilst you use the public for your beta testing. Seriously, poor call change manager.

Private banker unavailable, your call centre is closed. FNB, don't go the route of ABSA. Sies.
