How bad is fnb getting

HOPE YOU ARE WELL. CAUSE I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THE SERVICE AND WAY I AM BEING TREATED BY FNB BANK.
EXPLAIN TO ME WHY AFTER I HAD SAID THAT I WILL NOT PAY THE R500 UPLIFT FEE ON A CHEQUE
WAS IT STILL DONE ON THE CHEQUE AND THEN EXTRA AMOUNTS GO OFF MY ACCOUNT FROM STUFF THAT WAS RESERVED LAST WEEK WHEN THERE WAS MONEY IN THE BANK AND THEN GETS TAKEN OFF THE CHEQUE AGAIN.
THEN TO MAKE THINGS WORSE I GO TO PUT IN PETROL THIS MORNING SO I CAN GO SEE A NEW AND IMPORTANT CLIENT THAT HAS 1000 VEHICLES FOR THEIR BUSINESS AND MY CARD GETS DECLINED
AS NOW AGAIN I AM R204 IN ARREARS SO I WANT AN ANSWER AS TO WHAT IS HAPPENING AND IS FNB GOING TO PAY ME R40000 A MONTH NOW SINCE I HAVE LOST THIS CLIENT CAUSE THAT IS WHAT I WOULD HAVE MADE A MONTH IF I WAS ABLE TO GET THERE BY 07H00 THIS MORNING BUT LIKE I SAID BECAUSE OF FNB NOT KNOWING WHAT THEY ARE DOING IT HAS CAUSED ME A LOT OF BUSINESS. EVEN MY BUSINESS MANAGER GAVE ME THE WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS SO IS FNB INTRESTED IN MY BUSINESS OR NOT CAUSE I KNOW BANKS THAT DO WANT MY BUSINESS TO COME TO THEM. EVEN WHEN YOU COMPLAIN ON FNB WESITE NOBODY PHONES YOU BACK.
THAT IS VERY BAD SERVICE.
