DO NOT USE FNB FOR BUSINESS ACCOUNTS

I was selling a computer on guntree, someone answered via sms very fast and when I spoke to him he said he would do the transfer now if i would deliver, i sent my banking details but i didn't feel comfortable with the transaction so I called fnb who told me not to hand over any products, so i did not and told the guy not to pay the R25000 into my account. he did pay a R25000 cheque which was certain to bounce and demanded i pay him back, i refused and said if anything ever clears in my available balance i will pay it back. the cheque bounced last night as I expected. I wnt to make a purchase from my card and it declined due to insufficient funds. The R25000 bounced cheque was deducted from my available balance and not the uncleared amount??? how the does that happen on a business account. the 20 minute hold call centre transfers calls to no one, or anyone that can transfer you to someone else. A bounced cheque is not my problam I should not have to suffer and pay R25000 to knows who, It seems is too easy through this bank. i should go write a cheque now and let it bounce in a fnb account and the money will be paid to my account drawn and spent. DIsgusting
