I have two accounts which i want to settle but before i do that asked for detailed statements from 2009 to date in order to ensure all payments have been received. This request stated in May 2013. To date i still have not received the information. i speak to management and get advised that customer service will help me. i keep getting emails, automated response. i want to settle the accounts on the 26th. i have never experienced such bad service from a banking institution and it is sad that i have to revert to Hello Peter to hopefully get some attention to the matte
