I am so mad right now, we were under dept review with Life circle & every month they would send us statements of progress on our payments, so when there were only 2 accounts left to be paid i decided i want to settle it in full, now all of a sudden 5 accounts are still outstanding but according to their statements they sent us there were only 2 left!! Now they cant give me answers as to why this is. So we went from R3300 outstanding to R5000 outstanding!!!
Why is it that the statement says only 2 accounts but now that i want to settle everything more accounts pop up? where has my money (R24 000) of the past 24 months gone to & why is 5 accounts still not paid in full & not 2 as per statements?
