In August 2009 two accounts 73879480 & 77044740 was placed under debt review and the court order issued in this regard. up to date the accounts have not been rectified. On the 10th of January 2014 the debt councillor dealing with this matter has again requested information pertaining to the statements and adherence to the agreement, none received up to date. We are contemplating going to the court and asking that they issue a contempt of court order against Nedbank as there is an actual court order pertaining and managing payments and the bank just ignores it. We need urgent feedback in this regard.
