Since monday the 21st I have been calling the collections call centre and have spoken to 3 different people trying to get a settlement letter on the two accounts I have, and have requested a discount, to be able to settle them as the accounts have been outstanding for quite a while. No one is willing to help instead all keep saying they will have the manage email me the statements / settlement letter as they have to add the discount.
Why create a problem when a person wants to pay you and you have no level of service because at his rate I will end up leaving these accounts unpaid for the next few years.
