For the past months FNB has been in the limelight for providing excellent service until launching the new website, its the forth day and i still cant transact i have funds waiting to be transferred into the account from an international source and your website gives an error, why did the site have to go live without performing aggressive testing, i as a client am considering moving to a different financial institution because i'm running a business and i cant afford to go for close to a week failing to transact, why isn't the old website being published back online until all test have been completed and the site is fully functional???

FNB has clearly shown its inability to deliver, i am very disappointing and another sorry from a consultant is not going to help me win back lost business.
