New banking site launched without proper testing

This new site, You can no longer print out your lotto ticket purchases. Have to resort to screen dumps (like we did in the 90's) as there is no print icon. Clearly it was not tested thoroughly. They should back out the change then go back, re-design and re-test. I cannot work with this site. It feels like we have gone back 10 years.
Also, not everyone is logging in on a mobile device which is clearly what this design is aimed at.
I'd be happy to assist them with QA testing and customer experience opinion if they need it.
