New FNB website is beyond problematic!!!

I am a huge FNB fan and have been banking with them for over a decade. The company I work for also uses FNB for it's business banking. The new FNB website has made my life difficult:
(1) Last week, I processed a bunch of urgent payments on the business banking site, I required approval in order to be able to send a POP to the supplier. The approver could not log onto the new website as his credentials no longer worked. He could also not reset his password as the OTP was never sent through to his phone. The treasurer reset his p/word multiple times and this still did not work. He called online banking and they could not help. We almost had to cancel a campaign as the payments were not going through. Additionally, when we were eventually able to get this sorted, the POPs did not send and I had to manually download all the POPs.
(2) I needed to trace some transactions from a few months back & was unable to recreate statements from a few months ago. The helpdesk was able to assist but this took a few e-mails & 2 days to resolved.
(3) Today, I am trying to process month-end payments, I keep getting an E-1 error & am told to call the Helpdesk.
Were tests done before this site went live?
