This new website is by far the worst I have ever used..

Anyone that has logged a compliment for this site should have their blood alcohol levels tested.
How is it even relevant by what % the page has loaded? Was that the UI graphics guy with a bit of extra time on his hands..
The Page layout and usability is horrible.. took me about 3 minutes to figure out how to pay someone.. I'm by no means a genius, but you shouldn't need to be to use a simple banking website...
I was once at a conference where the attendees were required to comment on the best website they've ever seen... 90% selected google... 1 input field and a search button... beauty in simplicity.. perhaps it can be your new tag line.. can I get royalties on that?.
I'll happily donate the proceeds to revamping this site
And to top it all off, I get this error when I tried to submit by feedback via the same site.
