New Business Banking Website Doesn't Work

I tried to create a log-in to FNB's Internet Banking Channel on Thursday the 25th. I got a whole lot of error messages while doing this and I was thrown off the website.

On Friday I phoned the call center repeatedly to be told that "we are experiencing an unusual number of calls.
Try our brand new Internet Banking Web site. "

Eventually I sent an e-mail. I got a phone call on Monday saying that there was a problem with the web site and if I go into the branch everything will be sorted out.

Today I spent 2 hours in the branch. Until the web site problems are sorted out I can not do any business banking on-line.

Surely it is not beyond the capability of the bank to put a notice on their website saying that there is a problem with business banking and also to amend their call center recording by replacing the recorded chirpy advertisement for the brand new non-working web site with a message saying there is a problem with on-line business banking.
