The story in short:
1. I go to the MTN website and log in. I wanted to see if it is time for an upgrade. (a) The website is not explorer 10 compliant and most of the dropdowns on the website do not work. (autopost back errors), (b) Why do they do a Rica test of the guys capture our information wrong? My gender, address etc is wrong.
(c) I update some of the information but the there is an error on the site: They are doing Maintenance. (d) I have gone in for a full week and a half trying to correct my information, they are still doing maintenance. (e) I decide to contact the MTN shop in Greenstone. Their phone rings - I tried 4 times today and it rang until the dial tone stopped with an error code. I email them on the email on the Greenstone site. The email bounces back as the mailbox is full. (f) I phone the Karaglen MTN. WOW they answer. I ask if they have Lumia stock. They answer "no". They do not ask why, they do not offer any further information, not even we can order... just No and that is it. I have been with MTN for over 10 years. I am actually thinking of changing now. If they do not want business..well?
