ABSA website is a Disaster - buggy and non-responsive at times particularly over weekends. The "new" site is the default site but after over 2 years they are unable to pull the plug on the "old" site because of the shambles. Time to scrap the thing and get somebody in that knows what they are doing. The functionality is also -up. Unable to send R1000 foreign exchange overseas - I must fill in a zillion forms and go personally to the bank. I could do that online with FNB. Perhaps Stevie must ask FNB to redesign / code another website for ABSA. Pathetic for a major bank.
