I finally received my Cheque and credit cards from FNB after I re-applied via the telephone. I received the cards, went Online, changed my PIN to something that I remembered only to discover that the Credit card does not work.

I can access the ATM using the new pin, but cannot make a purchase at a speedpoint in store. I went back into the branch to try and resolve and the lady sitting behind the counter advises me that it is the speedpoint machine. anyways, i try a different store only to receive the same declined status.

I'm really pulling my hair out with this Pathetic Bank!!! HELP, PLEASE!!!
