Speedpoint required urgently

We have applied for a speedpoint on several occasions but either the agent is in his car or not at email or whatever excuse, at the end of the day I need to tell my customers that fnb is slow in delivering the speedpoint, or please draw cash from the ATM, come on FNB please get your act together!
