From wednesday 24 July, my mobile speedpoint has not been working, can't connect to server/ sim card not registered on the GSM network.
I run a catering company with a canteen at a big corporate. customers don't like carrying cash so they simply pay with their cards. so since around midday on wednesday i have been rejecting customers who want to pay with cards. initially, it was only accepting cards without chips, and now all cards don't work. WHEN WILL THIS ISSUE BE SORTED OUT??? Your call centres are no help. FURTHERMORE, i want a credit on my monthly charge for the days it hasn't been working.
