I'm writing this review with regard to the service I received from Vuyelwa Matsane and hoping that it finds its way to her management. It was by far the best service I've ever received from a call centre or sales agent. It checked all boxes- efficient, polite, interesting, concise, and dedicated (I was in some ways a difficult customer).
I registered on this site specifically to write this review, which is far more effort than I have ever made for service of any quality- poor or good.
