Applied for a cell phone and no response at all

Hi to whom it may concern.

I applied for a S4 phone by FNB when they where on special for R299 a month.
I have had no response by them since last month, i even mailed them, phoned them, and all they say is we will get back to you.

This is not why i switched to FNB

PLEASE LET ME KNOW WAT IS HAPPENING?
