Cell C

Good Day,

I applied for a contract with Cell C, and believe me the lady who phoned me was so helpful and clear on everything, i was highly impressed. and then i go onto their site and saw another tablet i would rather take. i then phoned in to change the tablet (my previous order) and held on for more then 30 before finally getting through to someone. and was transferred to another department (sales) which i never got through to because after holding for 20 i dropped the phone.
I then sent an email and i received an automatic response, followed by a read receipt.

now my concern is that i haven't received any response and I'm afraid that they will deliver the wrong tablet and not the one i actually want.

please could someone assist me in changing my order, as it is a matter of urgency.
