My African bank credit card was blocked due to me apparently not sending my proof of residents and ID copy. But how did I get my credit card in the first place. I went to the randburg branch on Saturday and the lady that assisted me said my card would be unblocked by Wednesday I have also called card division yesterday and twice today and the people I spoke to said it will be done today the day is over and still nothing has been done I have also previously enquired about increasing my credit limit and no one has got back to me. I need feedback like yesterday already!!!
