Fnb had advertised for a samsung S4 cell with added extras every month such as free minutes, sms's, data and vouchers for a total cost of R299 per month for 24 months. When we applied for this, the person told us that it was really R299 for the device only and we had to pay extra every month for the added extras. This is very poor advertising, no where on th advert did it say any of this, it was made clear that everything will be for R299 per month. Very annoying!
