A while ago I applied at FNB for a Samsung Tablet which I received and all is well, then I received a sms regarding a R99 pm special on 2Gig data. I applied and the sim card was delivered, only to find out its a micro sim which don't fit into the tablet, fnb customer service told me to go to a cell c branch which I did, I had to pay R65 for a sim swap, why didn't they send me the right sim card when they now its for a tablet, after the first month Cell C debit my account for R188 so I thought its for admin and connection, then last month it was also R188, where is the R99 pm special and why do i have to pay more now. Its a data contract. I feel FNB is responsible for this and they must sort it out.
