I have purchased prepaid electricity on the internet on Friday, 12th July 2013 via Internet Banking. I've received an error which i took up with Eskom and they told me that the transaction did not happen i must take it up with FNB. I phoned FNB on 0875750000 (? 8 times) and i couldn't get through. I eventually emailed them and asked to reimburse my money (as the R300 went off my account). it's Wednesday today and all i get is automatic replies from the bank to say they are looking at my email. i've tried yesterday and again today to phone, but no luck! I can't think it's so hard after i've provided all the evidence that the transaction didn't go through to just reimburse me with my money!
