I have emailled [Email Removed] to request assistance. Its been 5 days and all i got was an automatic email response saying they will contact me in 48 hours. Nobody has contacted me and the matter is of urgency. I tried calling the premier banking number but there has been no answer or the line cuts after the IVR.
If this is supposed to be a specialised service, i do not feel like a very special customer as FNB advertises.
