Useless Internet banking facility

In the last month I have tried repeatedly at various times to access FNB Internet banking, but to no avail. The service is either under "Routine maintenance" or "not currently available". When finally accessing a superbly user-UNfriendly interface and making a transaction, I could not complete it as an error message popped up, yet the money was deducted from my banking account anyway. On trying to re-access the site to check if the transaction was in fact processed successfully since I received an e-mail confirmation and sms that the money was deducted, the internet service is simply not available. WHAT HAPPENED TO A FORMERLY GREAT BANKING EXPERIENCE, AND WHY DID FNB CHOOSE TO RE-DESIGN THEIR WEBSITE SO IT IS NOW USELESS??
