Incorrect data captured - Loan Declined

I applied for a loan yesterday at African Bank and was assisted by Bernard. He captured my salary date (01 june) as my engagement date and noe the loan has been declined because according to what was captured I am only employed for 1 month. I gave him the correct number for our HR person and he didn't update the system so that a proper employment check could be done. I then contacted you call centre and was told that because i still owe on 2 other loans I was declined. Loans which were settled in 2008 already and proof of payment sent to African Bank on 6 occassions. I am really upset and want this loan sorted as soon as possible because i wouldn't apply for a loan unless I really need it.
