For the second time I went to MNT Bronkhorstspruit to do a Swim swap... I have submitted all the copies needed, verified all the information and paid R136.80 to get the sim. I have waited for more than 12hrs and the sim was still not working "Sim Registration failed" then I've decided to call customer care and to my surprise I was told there was not sim swap done on the number in question... Why?
The lady called Nadia Du Preeze created this mess. Now I have lost Businesses because of the incompetency MTN is providing to us. What did I pay for? Why do we have the MTN outlet in Bronkhorstspruit if it can't provide a simple task like this (people are complaining about this shop)? Who is gonna compensate me for the benefits lost due to this?
I need answers. I have been a loyal customer for a very long time and this is what I get? Please get me answers.
