Enewing a new contract with MTN, I had to do a swim swap as the new phone requires a micro sim. Five days later the sim is still not activated on the network, meaning that I cant make/receive any calls, let alone a simple sms.
Following up everyday, i simply get the response, "its pending". Escalations and whatever else they are doing seems to be a waste of time.
writing this message whilse im on the phone with MTN (20 minutes and counting)...
