Emoval of judgement

I want to know how long ust a judgement stay in my name, I have a judgement that was put by Nedbank in 200x for my house. I have tryed n get lawyer to remove it and its been two years now and its not removed. I wud also like to know how to stop an anline application of credit that keep on apliying for credit for me every month. I end up receiving Sms saying that my application was unsuccessfull when I didn't even apply
